- First cut chicken (with skin)into pieces

- Heat oil in a pan and add onion in it and fry till golden



- Now add chicken in it and add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt mix well and bhonify few min.



- Now add little water and after 2-3 min add yogurt,chicken powder and green chillies in it and mix well.

- When bhonify add potatoes,1/2 cup milk and little water in it and cook till potatoes are done.


- For rice in separate pan heat oil or ghee and add soaked rice in it. and mix now add salt according to your rice,green chillies and then add milk and water in it.



- Now add salt according to your rice,green chillies,and than add cream (balai) milk and water in it. (Milk and cream make pulao white and more tasty)



- Now add chicken gravy in rice mix well and cook on high flame till water dries.

- Now lower the flame and keep it on dum for 15-20 min.
